Joneliwis.kurties began in 2022 with a stubborn belief that stores across India deserved honest, hand-stitched kurtis at fair wholesale rates. We sell only to stores — never to end-customers — and we like it that way.

We don't sell direct to end-customers. The whole line is built for stores — easy to merchandise, easy to repeat, easy to mark up fairly.
Embroidery & hand-stitch is the design
Every kurti carries simple, honest hand-embroidery and visible hand-stitching done by our karigars. No factory machine-glamour — just real human craft.
Photographed where it belongs
We carry every finished piece to a village in Tuscany, Provence, Santorini and shoot it in golden light. Your line-sheet looks like a magazine.
— The process
Slow steps, four hands.
- Step 01
Sketch & swatch. We test fabric weights and pick the embroidery palette.
- Step 02
Pattern cut. Western silhouette drafted on muslin, fitted on a real body.
- Step 03
Hand-stitch & embroidery. Done by our karigars — slow, honest, by hand.
- Step 04
Tailoring. Hand-pressed seams, finished without glue or fusing.
- Step 05
Travel & shoot. We carry the finished pieces to a European village. Golden hour only.
